The collar sits out across the shoulders above a sheer illusion neckline and short sleeves, the fitted tulle bodice is scattered with sequins and finished with a smooth waistband, and the tea length skirt below is built from gathered tiers with sheer organza ruffles layered over them. Sash ties fall from the waist at each side.
