A wide gathered tulle frill wraps the bodice and shoulders like a soft collar, giving the sleeveless shape a pretty, dressed-up finish without anything stiff against her skin. The skirt falls in ruffled tiers to a knee-length hem, each tier edged with its own gathered frill, and a slim satin bow sits at the centre back where the tulle band closes.
